Stepping out for a bit of shopping, Hilary Duff was spotted rummaging through her handbag as she headed to her car after shopping at Fred Segal in West Hollywood on Monday (October 13).

The former “Lizzie McGuire” starlet was dressed casually,

sporting her gym duds paired up with a yellow and black checkered scarf wrapped around her neck.
