Heath Ledger’s Family Feuding by His Will Already

Heath Ledger’s uncles have an issue with his father Kim being the executor of his estate. Uncles Mike and Hayden feel that Kim Ledger is unfit to perform his duties due to a family dispute that’s been going on for close to fifteen years.

Kim was executor of their grandfather’s two million dollar estate, and Mike claims that he had to be removed considering it was handled badly.

“It plunged into huge debt,” Mike Ledger says. Mike’s only concern, he says, is that Heath’s daughter Matilda with ex-girlfriend Michelle Williams will be looked after.

Heath died in January at age 28 of an

accidental overdose of prescription meds, and along comes the family scrambling after the will. Kim and his brothers haven’t spoken since their dispute, and seventeen members of Heath’s family were allegedly not invited to Heath’s memorial service.
